Skin Care Tips
As the human population ages, the average life expectancy increases. We are constantly seeking better and healthier ways to look young to go along with those increased years. One way to look more youthful is to have healthy skin. Wrinkles are a sign of aging, and if we are able to avoid or delay the start of this process, we feel and look younger.
Moisture is the key to younger looking skin. The cells need to remain moist for health. The avoidance of SD alcohol 40 cleansers is essential, as alcohol tends to strip the skin of water. Drinking water regularly is important for hydration of the skin. Without water, skin gets dry, causing premature aging.
It is important to exfoliate often to remove dead skin cells from the surface and allow new cells to regenerate.
There are three steps for good skin care. Cleaning is the foundation of this process. Using a PH balanced cream, lotion, or soap will do the job without drying out the skin. A good exfoliating should follow. The second step for good shin care is moisturizing. A lightweight cream is all that is needed for daily use, followed by a heavier weight one for overnight. A final step necessary for good skin care is protection. Cover from the sun’s ultra-violet rays is important and should be done with a minimum of SPF 15 sunscreen.
Maintaining healthy skin by following these tips will keep those wrinkles at bay and assist us in looking younger.
